We recently celebrated our year-end event at Pablo Bar and Bistro, and it was fantastic! The cochinillo was the star of the meal, crispy and succulent. The steaks were also impressive, tender and flavorful. One can't have too many great dining experiences so we went back for lunch during our planning session. On both occasions, the service was impeccable, and having the bar area closed off for our group added a special touch. The paella was delicious, and the chocolate coulant was to die for!

Upscale, artsy, classy and hip. Nice menu, wine list and cocktails. Building has some nice art as would be expected and a neat little gallery on the 3rd floor. Food was better than expected and we look forward to returning. Reservations highly recommend.

As a Spaniard living remotely in the pacific islands, to come to Manila and experience the taste of Spain is absolutely magnificent. Good wines, incredible meat. Pablo's and Cartel are just on point.

They serve Yardstick Coffee here, so we knew we were in for a good cup. My friend got an iced daily brew with a nice fruity note to it. They offer decaf, so my boyfriend got a hot black, just the right amount of acidity, which he really liked. Always a great spot to cool down and grab quality coffee.

Ordered coffee and stayed for a few minutes while waiting for a friend and I fell in love with the ambiance and their coffee. Their staff were amazing too! Try their Salcedo Swing, it's so good!

Today I took a walk to a nearby coffee shop in the morning. The dark interior of the store creates a relaxing atmosphere. There are 17 different morning sets, all for 700 pesos. Very tasty and I feel wonderful in the morning. The coffee is so good.
