By Private Car

• From EDSA: Take EDSA to Ayala Avenue (the Makati exit). Turn onto Ayala Avenue heading toward the Makati CBD. From Ayala Avenue, turn south onto Paseo de Roxas, then turn right onto L.P. Leviste Street. The Picasso is at number 119, on the left.


• From SLEX: Exit at the Buendia or Magallanes interchange. Take Buendia/Gil Puyat Avenue east, then turn left onto Chino Roces Avenue or loop to Paseo de Roxas, then south to L.P. Leviste Street.


• From C5: Take C5 to McKinley Road or Kalayaan Avenue into Makati, then navigate to L.P. Leviste Street via Paseo de Roxas.


Parking: On-street parking only -- The Picasso does not have an on-site garage. Street parking rates: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM -- PHP 60 for the first 2 hours, PHP 70 per additional hour. Free from 5:01 PM to 6:59 AM weekdays, free all day Sunday and public holidays.

By MRT (Metro Rail Transit - Line 3)

The nearest MRT station is Ayala Station on the MRT-3 line along EDSA. From Ayala Station, The Picasso is approximately 1 to 1.5 kilometers away, reachable in 15 to 20 minutes on foot. Alternatively, take a Grab or metered taxi for a 5-minute ride (PHP 60-100).

By Bus

Several bus lines terminate at or near the Ayala Center in Makati via EDSA. From the bus stop, proceed by Grab or metered taxi to The Picasso (approximately 5 minutes and PHP 60-80).

From NAIA Airport to The Picasso

The Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) has four terminals. Distance from NAIA to The Picasso: approximately 10 to 15 kilometers. Travel time: 30 to 60 minutes. Estimated fare by metered taxi: PHP 300-500.


Terminal 1 (international): Take NAIA Road to Domestic Road, then proceed via EDSA or Osmena Highway to Makati.

Terminal 3 (international, domestic Cebu Pacific/AirAsia hub): The most direct route uses NAIA Expressway to EDSA southbound, then north to Ayala Avenue exit.

Airport buses: P2P bus services run from NAIA Terminal 3 to various Makati and BGC stop points. The Picasso offers airport transfer services for in-house guests. Rate: PHP 1,500 per vehicle, one-way.

Getting Around Makati from The Picasso

  • Grab (recommended): The most reliable and safe transport option in Makati. Rides to nearby Makati destinations typically cost PHP 60-120.
  • Metered taxis: Available outside the building or flagged on L.P. Leviste Street. Ensure the meter is running before departure.
  • Walking: Greenbelt Mall (700m), Jaime Velasqvuez Park (400m), Ayala Triangle Gardens (1km), Legazpi Village (1.2km), Ayala MRT Station (1-1.5km).
  • Jeepney: Routes run along Ayala Avenue and Gil Puyat Avenue but are less navigable for first-time visitors. Not recommended for airport transfers or unfamiliar routes.
