The Picasso hosts meetings, training, receptions, and small celebrations across four venues in Salcedo Village. Standard AV and catering come with every booking, and group room blocks start at 10 rooms.
INSPIRED SPACES
Transform any occasion in our Inspired Spaces, a collection of versatile venues at our boutique hotel. From intimate business meetings to vibrant social gatherings, each thoughtfully designed space sparks creativity and ensures memorable moments.
The Picasso Loft
(80 SQM)
When it is not booked as a suite, the Loft becomes an 80-sqm venue for engagement parties, baby showers, and intimate gatherings. A kitchenette and powder room make setup easier, and the bi-level layout gives you two zones — reception and dining below, a breakout above.
Converted Suite
(61–67 SQM)
A flexible venue that shifts between boardroom, classroom, theatre, and U-shape setups, depending on the day. Each suite has its own kitchenette and full bathroom. Good for smaller meetings and breakout rooms.
Paulo Picasso Function Room
(73 SQM)
Built for lectures, training, and meetings, with presentation essentials, a powder room, and a catering service area. The right room for full-day and multi-day programmes that need to sit apart from the residences upstairs.
Art Gallery
(73 SQM)
Host a cocktail party inside the third-floor gallery, among works curated by Altro Mondo Arte Contemporanea. The current exhibition stays installed for the evening — an art context that no standard function room can offer.
AV and catering
Every event comes with an LCD projector, a whiteboard and markers, and a basic sound system, plus complimentary coffee, tea, purified water, and mints throughout. Full catering is handled by TOSH Cafe (The Old Spaghetti House), our external partner in Valero, Makati. Headcount changes need 48 hours' notice.
GROUP BOOKINGS
Most event clients also block rooms so their people can stay in the building. Group bookings start at 10 rooms and are arranged directly with reservations.

Corporate rates for teams on assignment or relocation, with flexible terms for longer stays.
