steaks, tapas, wine, and gin -- daily from 7:00 AM to midnight, with room service until 9:30 PM. Cartel Deli is a
cafe-deli-bar serving Coffee by Yardstick, artisanal sandwiches, pastas, and pizzetas from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM,
with room service until 9:30 PM.
What room types are available at The Picasso?
The Picasso has 143 units across six room types: Malaga Studio (45 sqm, 96 units), Malaga Superior (45 sqm,
16 units), Andalusia Junior Suite (81 sqm, 6 units), Barcelona Suite (88 sqm, 23 units in two variants), Picasso Loft
(93 sqm bi-level, 2 units), and Mallorca Adjoining Rooms (available by direct booking only, combining a Malaga
Studio with a Barcelona Suite, 10 pairs).
Is The Picasso suitable for families?
Yes. The Mallorca Adjoining Rooms configuration connects a Malaga Studio (twin bed) with a Barcelona Suite
(with bathtub), making it well-suited for families needing separate sleeping areas. All rooms include a full
kitchenette for self-catering. Mallorca Adjoining Rooms are available by direct booking only -- call +632 8828 4774
or email reservations@picassomakati.com.
What is The Picasso Loft?
The Picasso Loft is a 93-square-meter bi-level suite -- the largest and most distinctive room type at The

current 40% promotional rate). Only two Picasso Loft units exist. The space is also available as a private event

What is Altro Mondo Gallery?
Altro Mondo Gallery is a contemporary art gallery on the 3rd floor of The Picasso, open daily from 10:00 AM to
7:00 PM, free of charge. The gallery platforms local and international Filipino artists and rotates exhibitions every 2
to 3 months. It is open not only to hotel guests but to the broader Salcedo Village community, functioning as a
genuine cultural venue rather than a decorative amenity.
What is the best time to visit Makati and stay at The Picasso?
The most comfortable period is November through February, when temperatures range from 24 to 30 degrees
Celsius with lower humidity and minimal rain. December and January bring the Ayala Triangle Gardens light
shows and elevated activity at Greenbelt. The Salcedo Saturday Market and Legazpi Sunday Market operate
year-round.
What makes The Picasso different from other Salcedo Village hotels?
The Picasso was established in 2009 with a Cubism-inspired architectural identity and a commitment to
contemporary Filipino art programming through Altro Mondo Gallery. Unlike global chain competitors in the
neighborhood, The Picasso has a specific cultural founding story, a named Spanish-Mediterranean dining concept
in Pablo Bistro, and a boutique scale of 143 units -- all factors that distinguish it from interchangeable serviced
apartment brands operating in the same district.
Who manages The Picasso?
The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences is managed by Hospitality Innovators, Inc. (HII), a Philippine-based
hospitality management company that operates 17 or more properties across the Philippines. HII's headquarters is
at G/F The Mondrian Residences, East Asia Drive, Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City. The Sphere Serviced
Residences in Salcedo Village is a sister property under the same management.
