Spanish and Mediterranean, all day
Pablo Bistro runs from breakfast to midnight with paella, steak, and tapas. Cartel Deli pours Coffee by Yardstick and builds sandwiches to order. Both sit on the ground floor, both welcome the street, and both send up to your room.
Ground floor
Pablo Bistro
The main table. Spanish-Mediterranean cooking: paella, striploin, tapas like gambas al ajillo, and a long list of wine and gin. Picasso was born in Malaga, and the kitchen leans into that. Book ahead for dinner.
Daily 7:00 AM – midnight · room service to 9:30 PM · reserve on 0917 812 3301
Ground floor
Cartel Deli
The easy one. Coffee by Yardstick, a smoked wagyu brisket sandwich, and a counter of cold cuts, cheese, and things to take home. Good for breakfast, a laptop afternoon, or a glass of wine after work.

Beyond the Building
Step outside and Leviste Street keeps going: ramen at Mendokoro, wood-fired pizza at Crosta, burgers at 8Cuts, a Michelin Bib Gourmand at Taqueria Franco. The full walk is on the Restaurants in Leviste page.
