The Picasso Makati
“A girl’s Paris dream come true!” This is the phrase that can describe Picasso Makati Hotel in a nutshell.
Last September 18, 2017 I was given a chance to stay at one of the most artistic hotel in the heart of Manila’s oldest business district… Makati.
Entering the hotel you’ll immediately notice how gorgeous the interiors were carefully designed to achieve the feels of the beautiful Paris.
Artistic Haven. Two words that can briefly expound how captivating the hotel is.
The room: Montparnasse Paris Suite
Humbled to have the chance to stay and do a review for this hotel. I consider myself very blessed to experience a stay and somehow get a glimpse of the classic lifestyle in Paris.
About the Suite
A quick introduction… Montparnasse suite is named after the Montparnasse district in Paris, the favored haunt of artists like Picasso.

King bed set up
Rain shower and bathtub
Mini bar and a kitchenette
You will also find the following inside each suites:
High-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection

Bedside clock radio
Kitchenette with electric stove, microwave oven, and electric kettle

The Montparnasse Paris Suite is 88 sqm in size. It’s surprisingly humongous with a breathtaking view of the metro world, especially during the evening.
During my stay, I asked some of my girlfriends to join me and do catching up.
We had so much fun while listening to our favorite songs on the speaker available at the suite.
Montparnasse Suites are in the colors of dark beige, royal blue, red, and gray.
Located on the 6th to 9th floors.
The hues of the suites attracts good vibes and emits positive mood making clients enjoy their stay more no matter how busy the day has been.
Breakfast buffet (PABLO)
Having breakfast in this hotel felt like having breakfast in Paris.
Spoiler: They have the best garlic rice ?
Breakfast buffet process: The server would ask you to choose from their menu your main course meal, then you can enjoy all the dishes offered by Pablo for the rest of the breakfast buffet hours.
I invited my travel blogger bestie Colleen to join me during my stay. We had quality time together and had one of the best bonding moments, thanks to Picasso Makati.
During staycations I make it a point that I keep myself fit in preparation for the buffet the next day, Lol. ?Kidding aside, going to the gym provides me my happy mood especially when I’m stressed and exhausted from all the events and blogging obligations. I guess exercising emits happy hormones giving us a more positive outlook in life and keeps us going for the next day. Good thing Picasso Makati has a gym inside the boutique residence.
