Celebrate the good life at the Brasserie Boheme, a restaurant inspired by the carefree artists' hangouts of Paris in the 1920's but with modern sensitivities.

Harking back to the era fondly remembered in France as la Belle Epoque, the Brasserie Boheme offers a sumptuous mix of French, Continental, Spanish and Filipino cuisine with its own unique twists, many of the dishes featuring products from their own organic farm in Cebu, all in a light and upscale atmosphere conducive to fellowship and festivity.

Brasserie Boheme's menu is a gastronomic tour of Europe in itself, as head chef Robert Lilja traces the roots and branches of French cuisine as it diffused through the royal courts from Venice to Scandinavia to even Russia. With a creativity inspired by a deep knowledge of his cuisine's history, Lilja finds exciting new ways to blend tradition with personal flair for a unique dining experience.

Expect to find a selection ranging from steaks, classic fruits de mer, English meat pies and sausages, Royal Danish open face sandwiches, and delightful new takes on Hispano-Filipino cuisine like Caldebaca with Goose Liver Terrine, Laing with Truffle Oil, and Lechon Kawali with Strawberry and Balsamic Reduction sauce. Spanish classics like Callos, Fabada, and Pablo Picasso's favorite dish, Paella, are also available. For a perfect pairing, Brasserie Boheme also boasts one of the most comprehensive French wine lists in the Philippines.

Brasserie Boheme also has a deli counter, and in addition to delicatessen, offers its own blends of coffee and tea. All sausages, venison, marmalades and jams served at Brasserie Boheme come from their organic farm.

Brasserie Boheme is managed by the prestigious Gustavian group, which runs a chain of restaurants in Manila and Cebu.
