PABLO is a well-appointed Bistro-Bar which will be offering a multi-cultural assortment of dishes inspired by classic European Bistro cuisine.

Starters include Lobster Bisque ; Ensaymada With Foie Gras Pate, Raspberry Jam ; Goat Cheese Salad among others. Guests can enjoy a bevy of choices for the main dishes like Spinach & Cheese Ravioli in Burnt Butter and Sage; Paella Duck & Foie ; Steak Frites Bone Marrow Butter; Vegetable Lasagna and Pot Roasted Pork Belly. Meanwhile, Pablo’s breakfast menu is inspired by famous artists around the globe.

Pablo’s interiors reflect modern sensibilities, yet reveal traces of the old world grandeur of Europe. The space features a fresh take on hardwood parquet floors, using reclaimed wood, arranged in traditional parquet pattern, and scaled up to render a contemporary feel on this old familiar interior element. A distinct bar design, oxidized mirrors and distressed paint finishes, combined with modern light fixtures and furnishings such as the Bertoia chairs and Cobonpue parchment chairs give Pablo a character that is unique, relaxed, and upscale in a modest, unpretentious way.
