THE ARDENT TRACK RECORD:
In 2006, Ardent Development Corporation entered into a joint venture to complete an unfinished structure in the heart of Filinvest Corporate City, Alabang. The company re-planned, condominiumized, completed and sold more than 80% of the units; and satisfactorily met financial commitments to partners and creditors. Today, the Mondrian Residences is an upscale 22-storey residential condominium positioned towards the high-end market that has begun to deliver significant returns to its investors.
